I have waited absolutely as long as I could possibly wait to start infusing every thing I could think of with fall flavors. You see, I am that person that waits anxiously for Starbucks to release their pumpkin spice latte every year and I am also that person that stock piles mini gourds and mini pumpkins around my house until Christmas when I paint them white and adorn them with glitter. Yes, I do that! In the fall my family can safely bet that each and every baked good that leaves my oven will either be laced with pumpkin or apple, it's a little predictable, but I am okay with that. Don't get me wrong, I love summer...but man,oh man, I anxiously await fall all year! I love the clothes, I love the boots, the crisp cool air, and the produce.
Today I am happily sharing my recipe for this scrumptious pumpkin loaf on Henry Happened, one of my favorite blogs! I just adore all of Stephanie's DIY's, fashion tips, and round ups. There really is something for everyone over at Henry Happened and if you are looking for this delectable pumpkin loaf recipe, it is there too. All you have to do is click here.

What do you recommend as a substitute for the coconut oil? My daughter is allergic to coconut.
Meg says
Hi Angelique, I would try butter if you are not on a vegan diet. If you are then you can try olive oil although I am unsure if that would react the same in the loaf.

HI, What a beautiful loaf!! I clicked on Henry Happened website...found your loaf but it brought me right back here. I cannot find the actual recipe. Can you comment with link? Or is this a secret recipe...you're just teasing us with? Thank you, bellajewels
Meg says
Haha! Oh no, Bellajewels, I totally linked it wrong. That is my fault and I will fix it today:) I actually wrote the recipe for Henry Happened and you can find it here: http://www.henryhappened.com/recipe-pumpkin-loaf.html
