Hello, I am a new follower. I wish you would have gone in a little detail about this products. I am curious, is the sparkling sugar vegan? I looked on their website and could not find an answer, was wondering if you knew. Thank you

    • You know Miriam, I’m not sure and your right Googling their sugar doesn’t pull up much information nor does their website. So sorry! I just called Bob’s Red Mill and spoke to one of their lovely customer service reps and their sparkling sugar is in fact vegan. Happy baking!
