5 Paleo Desserts for Your Sweetheart

While the rest of the world was worrying about their Thanksgiving menus last November I was working on a top secret little Paleo project for my friend’s at Pamela’s. Over the course of those few weeks I tested, retested AND tested the following 5 Paleo desserts until their ratios were perfect, their flavor incredible, and their crave level at maximum. I am so proud to finally be able to share all of them here with you, I just know you are going to love them too!

Paleo Coconut Raspberry Bars  || This cool no-bake treat is as gorgeous as it is delicious, and that’s saying something. Impress guests (and yourself!) with these Paleo-friendly, grain-free bars smothered in raw raspberry chia jam. Made with Pamela’s Nut Flour Blend. Click here for the recipe.

Paleo Naan Bread || Ok, you got me..this one is not a dessert, its more of a tasty treat! This tender, tasty Paleo Naan Bread is a wonderful addition to Indian dishes, and it works beautifully as a flatbread or base for single-serving grain-free pizza too. Paleo Kitchen Sink Cookies || Infinitely customizable and endlessly delicious, these grain-free cookies are bound to be a fast favorite. Since each batch only makes 10 cookies, everyone can mix up their own dough with their own mix-ins. The only challenge is not eating them all in one sitting! Made with Pamela’s Almond Flour. Paleo Banana Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake || This tasty, flavorful cake is totally free of grains, so you can definitely have an extra slice (or three!) The recipe includes directions for making one large or 6 mini bundts, either way, it’s delicious. PS: the cocoa-coconut sugar dusting id definitely a good idea. Made with Pamela’s  Almond Flour. Paleo Sweet Potato and Maple Streusel Coffee Loaf Cake || This loaf cake is so richly flavored and tender, you’d never guess it was Paleo!
