Salad of baby greens, sliced strawberries, avocado, snap peas, toasted almonds, and feta with a strawberry poppyseed dressing.

I bet you I have made 100 variations of this simple salad over the years and every one of them is a keeper. Sometimes I add thinly sliced cucumbers and other times pine nuts and hemp hearts bring the crunch instead of toasted almonds. It’s a total winner with crispy goat cheese rounds  instead of the feta and if you are into meal prepping or salad jars for work its a perfect recipe for those things too. It’s the little black dress of summer salads, it doesn’t matter if you dress it up or dress it down just make it happen!
