Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Float

It's a fast and easy dessert that only takes a few minutes to whip up and is even impressive enough to serve to guests!

A Little Tip:

Personally, I like to make these with my homemade slow cooker pumpkin butter, but store bought works too.

– pumpkin butter – ginger beer – vanilla bean ice cream

This recipe also works well with cranberry butter and apple butter in place of the pumpkin butter.

First Step

In a large carafe mix the pumpkin butter and ginger beer together until the pumpkin butter has completely dissolved. Set aside.

Next Steps

Divide the ice cream scoops between 3 glasses then pour equal amounts of the pumpkin ginger beer mixture in each glass.

Enjoy!

Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream.
