  • 2 cups fresh pressed apple cider
  • 2 large scoops gluten free/vegan vanilla ice cream
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the apple cider in a large glass add the scoops of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with cinnamon on top to taste.

Notes

I used the real deal, fresh pressed, apple cider we picked up at the farm for our floats which is more savory than sweet. I suggest if you are purchasing apple cider at the store to use a brand with no added sugar so that the sweetness of the cider doesn’t overpower the float.
