This protein packed smoothie mimics the flavors of my favorite ice cream without the guilt. Bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa marry together for a perfect smoothie combination.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups homemade almond milk, or store bought
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4-5 large fresh Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
