Fresh Berries and Cream Roll Ups

Ingredients

4 gluten free flour tortillas, spinach flavored is our favorite

4 ounces cream cheese, softened 

1-2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract

6 strawberries, sliced thin

6 raspberries, torn in half 

Instructions

In a small bowl combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir until completely combined and smooth. 

Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture across one of the tortillas leaving about 1/4 inch border all the way around. Arrange a row of strawberry slices and a row of torn raspberry halves spaced a few inches apart on top of the cream cheese spread. 

Roll the tortilla up. Slice in half, then slice the half into thirds. Serve immediately. 

 

Notes

The brown sugar cream cheese spread can be made up to 4 days in advance. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 15-20 minutes and then assemble the roll ups right before serving.
