Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups celery, small diced, about 4 stalks

2 Fresno peppers, seeded, small diced

½ cup red cabbage, small diced

½ cup cucumber, seeded, small diced

½ cup rice wine vinegar

⅛ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Dice the celery, Fresno peppers, red cabbage, and cucumber into small, uniform pieces. This ensures an even texture and consistent flavor in every bite.

In a medium bowl, combine the diced celery, Fresno peppers, red cabbage, and cucumber.

Pour in the rice wine vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, and salt.

Stir all the ingredients together until everything is well-coated with the dressing.

For best results, let the relish chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
