- 1 cup cooked millet
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 firm, ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- juice from 1/2 of 1 large lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, mix together the millet, red onion, avocado , cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
