  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 firm, ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • juice from 1/2 of 1 large lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the millet, red onion, avocado , cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
