Taco Spiced Kale Chips (Gluten-Free and Vegan)




  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the prepped kale leaves between the baking sheets drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning and lime zest. Toss well to coat. Bake 15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through, until crisp. Serve immediately by themselves or stuff into taco shells with black beans and other taco goodies.
