Cookies and Cream Fudgesicles

THIS MESS IS OURS

There aren't a whole lotta foods these days that can teleport me back to my childhood, but friend - this 5-ingredient Cookies and Cream Fudgesicle Recipe sure can!

This recipe is fast and easy, requires minimal ingredients, and there is not 1 ounce of cooking involved.

When the temperature starts climbing outside I start looking to my freezer for treats to satisfy my cravings while also cooling me down. Which means it's a good time to start stocking my freezer with these Cookies and Cream Fudgesicles.

- raw cashews - Premier Cookies and Cream Protein Shake - can unsweetened, full fat coconut milk - granulated sugar - unsweetened, cocoa powder

Ingredients

White Scribbled Underline

- Combine the cashews and Premier Protein Cookies and Cream Shake in a blender and process until creamy.  - Add the coconut milk, sugar, and the cocoa powder then blend again.  - Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, add popsicle sticks, cover and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.

While this fudgesicle recipe may look and taste like the one we ate as kids, I can assure you it is a far superior pop.

1The Fudgesicles of our youth were LOADED with sugar and corn syrup. This recipe only has a ½ cup granulated sugar and if that still is a bit much to you - you can easily cut the measurement in half.

Store bought fudgesicles don't offer you a protein boost like my Fudgesicles do!! I incorporated Premier Protein Cookies and Cream Shakes into the recipe which adds a whopping 30 grams of protein to the recipe.

You can throw these 5 ingredients in a blender and have these pops in the freezer WAY faster than you can drive down to the store and buy a box of fudgesicles. That is a solid win in my book!
