Hello, I am a new follower. I wish you would have gone in a little detail about this products. I am curious, is the sparkling sugar vegan? I looked on their website and could not find an answer, was wondering if you knew. Thank you

You know Miriam, I'm not sure and your right Googling their sugar doesn't pull up much information nor does their website. So sorry! I just called Bob's Red Mill and spoke to one of their lovely customer service reps and their sparkling sugar is in fact vegan. Happy baking!
