Apple and Berry Rosé Sangria

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry rosé wine from California
  • 1/4 cup St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large red apple, sliced thin
  • 1 large Granny Smith Apple, sliced thin
  • 1 heaped cup of halved strawberries
  • 1 lime sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 1/2 cups really fizzy seltzer water
  • For garnish: fresh slice berries, apples, and edible flowers if desired

Instructions

  1. Mix the rosé, St. Germain, and sugar in a pitcher, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the fruit. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
  3. Add the seltzer water, stirring to incorporate, right before serving.
