1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
1 (11.5 ounce) container Premier Cookies and Cream Protein Shake
1 (13.5 ounce) can unsweetened, full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened, cocoa powder
Combine the cashews and Premier Protein Cookies and Cream Shake in a high speed blender and process until creamy. Add the coconut milk, sugar, and the cocoa powder then blend again to combine. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, add popsicle sticks, cover and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Once frozen fudgesicles will keep for up to 2 months.
