This thin cashew cream is great for making creamy sauces and for dredging fried foods in the place of eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
  • 2 1/2 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender combine the cashews and the water. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
