  • 1 cup of good quality plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 Persian cucumber, shredded on a box grater
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs, minced, I use parsley, dill, mint, and cilantro just depending on what I have on hand.


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
