Immune Boost Juice

Ingredients

6 large Cara Cara oranges, peel and pith removed

4 large juicing carrots, peeled

2 Fuji apples, cored

1 (2-inch to 4-inch ) knob of ginger, peeled

1 lime, peel and pith removed

Instructions

If you have a juicer: Run all of the ingredients through a juicer, stirring to combine before serving.

If you do not have a juicer, combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender with 2 cups water. Blend until all of the fruits and vegetables are broken down, drink as is if you like a pulpy juice OR strain through a sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.

Notes

**Choose the size ginger you would like based off of how spicy you would like the juice to be.
