Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4-6 hours, rinsed, and drained
  • 1 roasted jalapeno, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 of a small avocado
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed above. Process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator if not using immediately and use within 3 days.
