Try freezing this smoothie in ice pop molds for a healthy dessert your kids will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pomegranate arils, see note
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges, if using frozen let thaw for 2-3 minutes
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

Notes

I love stocking my freezer with frozen fruit like mandarins and pomegranate from the grocery. It makes smoothie making faster and easier!
