Grind Ingredients

Feed through the meat grinder or food processor in small batches until everything has been ground.

Mix the lemon zest, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

Shape falafel

Roll a small amount of the mixture into a walnut sized ball or a small patty with your hands

Cook Falafel

Heat oil in dutch oven to 360F-275F. Fry falafel balls for 2-3 mins each. Sprinkle with salt.
