Once you have prepped your artichoke

you will bake the remaining halves of the artichoke, cut side up.

Place your artichokes in an oven safe dish

Add some flavor

- salt & pepper

- lemon & garlic

- olive oil

- dry white wine

Bake at 425° - 55 MINUTES.

Now serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
