My little man is under the weather this week which can only mean one thing. Time to spoil him rotten!!! He isn't really sick per se, but his allergies have gotten a hold of him something fierce. We have made treks to the doctor, multiple trips to the store for easy on the nose tissues, and I have been making him lots and lots of ice pops.
These particular ice pops are pretty amazing if you ask me, and Kash loves them too! They are loaded with freshly juiced purple grapes and peaches. Nothing else. It's pure, simple, and delicious.
The flavors of grape and peach are unlikely friends, but they pair together unbelievably well. The pops themselves are rich in flavor and perfect for a little hydration on these hot summer afternoons or for when you're feeling a little under the weather.

LOVE the simplicity of this! Sorry to hear about your little man...you should make him some lemon-honey-ginger popsicles, they're great for the throat and sinuses! Can I ask what you used for a mold? I love the way they turned out, and my popsicle mold is on the fritz!

Thank you so much!! I will have to make him lemon, honey, ginger pops. Seriously, that is brilliant. Here are molds that are similar to my ice pop molds🙂 I purchased mine through Anthropologie, but can't find them on their site anymore.
