This post was made in partnership with Silk. We received compensation in exchange for it. Opinions are always our own. If we don’t love it, you don't hear about it. Thanks for your continued support and enjoy this delicious golden milk recipe.

2 bowls of yellow golden milk yogurt, 2 glasses of green juice, and a bowl with granola, coconut flakes, pepitas, and chopped dried mandarins.

I am SO excited about this golden milk recipe right now. It is borderline ridiculous! Golden Milk Yogurt Bowls for the win!!!

A few weeks ago, I went to Expo West to check out all of the new products that are going to be rolling into grocery and health food stores in 2018. Turmeric was the one ingredient trending above all the rest. Golden milks, golden lattes, turmeric teas, golden milk infused cereal, and golden ginger shooters were everywhere!

This new Golden Milk Recipe can change your mornings.

I have been making my own turmeric laced lattes for a few years now. However all of that golden goodness at Expo made me want to expand my turmeric repertoire. So friends, I created this vegan Golden Milk Yogurt Bowl with Silk Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative. Now we can all start our day with the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich powerhouse, turmeric, coursing through our bodies!

It's infused with all sorts of flavors for healthy breakfasts like this, and it's perfect on its own as a quick snack in the afternoons.
