A few weeks ago I went to Expo West to check out all of the new products that are going to be rolling into grocery stores and health food stores in 2018 and there was one ingredient trending above the rest and it was turmeric. Literally, there were golden milks, golden lattes, turmeric teas, golden milk infused cereal, and golden ginger shooters everywhere!

This new Golden Milk Recipe can change your mornings.

I have been making my own turmeric laced lattes for a few years now, but all of that golden goodness at Expo made me want to expand my turmeric repertoire. So friends, I created this vegan Golden Milk Yogurt Bowl with Silk Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative so we can all start our day with the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich powerhouse turmeric coursing through our bodies!
