With the holiday season upon us, we could all inevitably use a little help in the kitchen. Whether it be the helpful hand of a loved one, the ease of a beloved recipe, or a superior cookware solution that is also easy to clean like Black Cube Stainless by Frieling.
Why do we love Black Cube Stainless by Frieling?
From start to finish this Gluten-Free Tortellini Soup recipe with Meatballs comes together in my Frieling Black Cube Stainless cookware in just under 40 minutes! This stainless steel cookware is so easy to use and effortless to clean - it makes the task of creating delicious meals like this one not only easy but pleasurable too!
Here are my favorite perks of cooking with Black Cube Stainless :
- 3-ply, stainless steel cookware has welded, ergonomic handles, eliminating the need for interior rivets. The cookware’s completely smooth interior looks gorgeous, is simple to clean, and is more hygienic.
- Stay cool handles that REALLY stay cool! I have picked this pan up while it was full of this boiling soup and the handles were as cool as a cucumber!
- Approved for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Dishwasher and oven safe up to 600° F.
A quick note about those stay cool handles when baking in the oven:
Even though the handles do stay cool on the stovetop you will need to keep in mind that if the pans are used inside the oven to bake that you will need oven mitts or other protection when handling the pans. The handles will become hot in an oven environment.
This cookware makes a perfect holiday gift for any foodie – TRUST ME!
What does Tortellini Soup with Meatballs taste like?
While this soup comes together quickly it tastes as if it was slow-simmered all day long! Tortellini soup is rich with a heavy tomato flavor note that is accentuated by succulent garlic-laced pork meatballs and beef broth.
The cheese-filled tortellini adds a whole other layer of flavor that is reminiscent of lasagna.
Each spoonful that contains the combination of a bite-sized meatball drenched in tomato broth and cheesy tortellini is truly a chef's kiss moment. The ultimate bite!
What goes well with Tortellini Soup?
Lost of dishes pair perfectly with Tortellini Soup! LOTS! Crusty loaves of toasted bread, tender strips of focaccia, or even store-bought dinner rolls are a great choice. I also like to serve this soup alongside an EPIC salad like one of the ones below.
Hearty Kale Salad
This Kale Salad with Red Grapes, Walnuts, and Feta is a restaurant-worthy kale salad that is easy to make at home as long as you don't skip the prep step that makes the kale in this salad super tender and taste like a million bucks!
Roasted Butternut and Ranch Autumn Wedge Salad
Butternut squash truly shines in this ranch-smothered wedges salad with garlic laced crispy quinoa and smoky bacon.

Hey Chelsea - they are really hard to find sometimes! I use the Taste Republic brand - I have found them at WHole Foods and they are supposed to be carried by Target as well.
