It's February; are you still on track with your resolutions or have you fallen off the wagon? Honestly, I had the same resolutions as I do every year; do more, be present in the moment, eat healthy, and give love. I know they aren't really resolutions, they are more like actionable items on a task list; it always works better for me this way though. I never really fall off of any wagon so, I don't ever have the opportunity to make myself feel guilty about not doing something specific.
At the end of the day, resolutions are usually about leading a life that is better for you and for the ones you love, right? Making an impact on some level -whether its to make healthy meals for you and your family, donate your time to a charitable cause, or to be a better healthier version of you.
This Beautiful Beet and Berry Juice falls into my eat healthy category! Remember that Green Apple & Vanilla Veggie Juice with Coconut Water Shaved Ice, well this juice is another way that I have been sneaking in the vedge and it's delicious. It's the perfect combination of citrus and berries - don't tell my kids there is also spinach and beets in there.

I forgot to set resolutions this year, but I'm slowly working on figuring out how to be the best version of myself (taking care of myself and of my body). This beet juice sounds delicious and if your kids can't even tell there are beets in it, I'm impressed! I look forward to trying this!

I too just try to be a better version of myself than the year before...which is probably why my resolutions are always the same. I hope you love this juice as much as we do!
