I am so excited to be sharing the recipe for this gorgeous Raspberry Port Sparkler from the California Wines Cocktails for the Holidays eBook that I photographed last fall. I am SO proud of my friend KC of the G-Free Foodie for developing all 7 of the gorgeous drinks we photographed and I can't wait for you to download your FREE copy, so you can check it out too!!

Let's take a peak at all the winetails featured in this eBook shall we?

2 champagne glasses filled with a beautiful red drink, there are raspberries floating in the glass and small white flowers an dligts on the table around it

Raspberry Port Sparkler || (recipe at the bottom of this blog post) Celebrate in style with a fizzy sip loaded with BIG flavor!! There is just something intoxicating, besides the alcohol, about raspberries muddled in port then topped with sparkling wine.

3 prepared cocktails that are golden in color with lot sof ice, lemon slices, and fresh thyme sprigs. The glasses are all in a vintage metal holder.

California Gold Rush || This cocktail was one of my favorites from the entire project! It is infused with the flavors of honey, lemon, and thyme. This cocktail would be perfect served at a brunch or gathering due to the fact that it is easy to prep all the elements in advance from the syrup to the garnish.

Lookin down into a mug of warm mulled red wine. There is a cinnamon stick, orange slice, and pomegranates floating in the mulled wine.

West Coast Warm Winter Wine || Mulled wine lovers this one is for you! The warming aroma of pomegranate, fresh citrus, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and ginger will literally warm you up from the inside out!

2 stemless wine glasses are o a white table filled with a red cocktail and garnished with frozen cranberries and pink edible flowers

Cranberry Rosé || Yes way, it's rosé!! You didn't think we'd put together a winetails eBook and leave out the fan favorite rosé did you?!  The combination of cranberry and rosé is a match made in heaven! If you are lucky enough to have some cranberries stashed in your freezer they make excellent icee cubes that won't water down your cocktail.

2 glasses of red apple sangria are styled on a table top - they are loaded wit hfresh apple slices, cinnamon sticks, lotc of ice, pink edible flowers, and a delectable brown sugar rim there is a pitcher of sangria in the background

Red Apple Sangria || Never have I ever seen or tasted a more beautiful sangria, and I bet you won't either! From the brown sugar rim to the fresh slices of apple and orange that flavor the entire pitcher of sangria, this sipper is NOT to be missed!

top down image looking into 2 copper mugs filled with a cocktail and lime wedges. there are fresh flowers scattered around the table and sheets of ie underneath the mugs.

Vineyard Mule || Love Moscow Mules? I know I do! I've made pineapple infused mules, traditional mules, and even festive Christmas mules, but never a wine based mule until now! In case your curious, I'm all in on this version of a mule too!!!

3 mugs of red wine hot chocolate are in a metal tray. Each mug is topped with toasted marshmallows. There is a dark colored cloth on the tray with the mugs of hot chocolate and there are walnuts in the shell, a vintage nut cracker an dpink flowers scattered all over the table.

Red Wine Hot Chocolate || I can't resist a slow cooker recipe can you?! Oh man, I never ever had grown up hot chocolate until we photographed this book and I have to say...friend it is an experience that every adult should indulge in at some point!

Want to whip up a few of these delicious wine inspired sips? Download the eBook for FREE by clicking here to go to the California Wines website!!!

Hungry for more delicious recipes inspired by the great state of California and California Wines? Check out the book review I shared last year for The Wine Country Table for Walnut Kale Pesto. It is just about one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth and worth the effort to make!

A large shallow bowl with a blue and cream decorative edge is piled high with noodles coated in a bright green pesto. There are walnuts and grated cheese on top and a fork and spoon on the side of the bowl. There is a glass if white wine next to the bowl.

If you’ve made any of these winetails or downloaded the eBook, don’t forget to rate the recipe and let me know what you thought in the comments below, I love hearing from you!
