Spiked Apple Cider Cocktail

Are you thinking about what to do with your Thanksgiving leftovers yet? I know I sure am! While some leftovers like mashed potatoes and turkey lend themselves to ALL sorts of different post feast preparations, other dishes like homemade apple sauce tend to be served ‘as-is’ and when people are over them, they’re over them. Not in my house though, we’re celebrating the end of a successful feast and plan on kicking up our feet from a day full of Black Friday shopping by sipping on these Spiked Apple Cider Cocktails featuring my leftover applesauce

A festive cocktail with a thin slice of apple, a cinnamon stick, and a brown sugar cinnamon rim sits on a table with greenery and linens in front of a window that looks out upon trees that are full of autumn colored leaves.

Last holiday season I showed you how I used up the leftover cranberry sauce after our Thanksgiving feast by shaking it up into my irresistible Cranberry Sauce Dark and Stormy cocktails.

The response on Pinterest and Instagram to that cocktail recipe was so overwhelmingly positive I knew that this year I had to share this applesauce-laced cocktail so you could indulge in cocktails made with leftovers again!
