I am a sucker for a waldorf salad in the fall. I don’t really know why, maybe it’s because my grandmother used to make it so it has a certain nostalgia factor or maybe because it’s just delicious!
Since we have a treasure trove of apples from our trip to the orchard last week I decided to send Kash with a deconstructed waldorf salad for lunch. It’s a fast lunch to put together, wholesome and its pretty darn delicious!
