Back in the early days of 2020, my son Kash, fueled by boredom and a craving for something delicious, stumbled upon a snack that would quickly become a family favorite: my Brown Bag Microwave Popcorn with Tajin seasoning.

To this day, if we are having a movie night, Kash will make us a large bowl of his Tajin popcorn, and there is never a piece left!

    Tangy Deliciousness

Allow me to introduce you to Tajin, the Mexican seasoning sensation that's taken our pantry by storm! With a unique blend of chili peppers, dehydrated lime, and salt, it's a perfect harmony of spicy, tangy, and salty flavors. This seasoning can elevate pretty much anything you sprinkle it on. From fruits to grilled meats, Tajin knows how to steal the show and leave you begging for more.

Now, let's dive into the fun part! We'll walk you through Kash's special recipe, complete with ingredients and step-by-step instructions. Plus, we'll spill the beans on Kash's kitchen secrets and you'll be enjoying this scrumptious popcorn in no time!
