Curious to learn more about California ripe olives?

California ripe olives are harvested when they are still green and unripened, giving them a distinct flavor and texture compared to black olives.

I recently visited Olivaia Olive Ranch in California and toured the grove of olive trees with Giulio Zavolta and Dr. Rachelle Bross to learn all about how California ripe olives are grown. You can read my interview with them by clicking here.
