    Honestly, I love ingredients that have real pantry power like California ripe olives. They're shelf stable, always delicious, and good for you too!

    Ingredients needed to make Roasted California Ripe Olives

    • 1 cup of California ripe green olives
    • 4 garlic cloves that have been smashed
    • 3 sprigs of thyme
    • 1 sprig of rosemary
    • ¼ cup of olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon of Calabrian red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.

    Ingredients

    Scale

    1 ( 6-ounce) can of California ripe green olives

    4 garlic cloves that have been smashed

    3 sprigs of thyme

    1 sprig of rosemary

    ¼ cup of olive oil

    1 teaspoon of Calabrian red pepper flakes

    1 teaspoon of lemon zest.

    Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

    On a baking sheet, mix together the olives, garlic cloves, herbs, and olive oil.

    Bake for 15 minutes, or until the olives are heated through and the herbs are fragrant. Toss the roasted olives with the red pepper flakes and lemon zest. Serve warm.
