Dinner for Everyone
Everyone in our house has slightly different dietary needs, which can sometimes make dinner a little complicated! Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or a meat-eater, you'll find loads of healthy, gluten-free dinner ideas for tonight. Heck, even our dog needs a special diet! So dig in, take a look around and be sure to let me know if you find something you like by leaving me a comment.
Meat and Vegetables
Being from the South means I have an unnatural love for the traditional 'meat and three' restaurant - a sacred place where you get to choose your meat dish along with three sides of veggies. Of course, where I grew up, mac and cheese is considered a vegetable - so this might go along way towards explaining my admiration of this particular dinner concept.
Now that I'm a mom, I still love the idea, but choose to give it a healthy spin (most of the time). Take a look at some of my favorite meat and three recipes below.. hope you enjoy!
Instant Pot Recipes
Slow and Low.. some of my favorite (and easiest to make) recipes are done with an instant pot. Follow these quick recipes, set the timer and get ready for a new favorite meal.
Vegan Recipe Ideas
Even though our family eats gluten free, everything else about our diets are pretty different. My husband has been a vegetarian for almost 30 years, so we usually start our meals with a veggie base and then add meat when necessary. Some of our favorite family recipes are vegan! So I wanted to be sure to share those with you too.
Chicken Dinner Ideas
Chicken is one of the most versatile proteins in my kitchen. It's so easy to add to almost any veggie dish to give it that little something extra. Take a look at some of my favorites below. Many of these recipes make delicious vegetarian options as well by subbing in tofu or a hearty vegetable - just offer the chicken on the side! Hope you find some fantastic new chicken dinner ideas.
